My
skin looks more radiant
I consulted Marjo because I wanted to know more about facial care;
she then told me about this programme. The idea that by adapting
my lifestyle and what I ate I could look better, appealed to me. I didnt expect to look twenty again, but I hoped my complexion would improve substantially. Not much changed for me food-wise - I was already eating
plenty of fruit and vegetables, and no meat, so didnt need to change
my eating habits and lifestyle drastically. But I was more aware of what I
ate. The skin care, exercises and massages were new to me, but
they dont take a lot of time and effort. You can do the exercises
while youre driving, for instance. Something
I definitely did learn
was that I didnt need to spend a
lot of money on skin care, but could
use simple, everyday products. Another bonus: I feel a lot more energetic
and Ive lost three kilos! My skin looks more radiant and fresher,
everyone compliments me. |
Not
hungry
Of course, I had to stay away from biscuits, which was hard to start with, especially at weekends as I sat on the sofa, reading. But the feeling passed after a while. Now the biscuits can stay on the plate without me having to take one. Instead I have a glass of water and a tomato. Because youre allowed to take something from the veggie-bag all day long, you dont really feel hungry. Id certainly
recommend the plan to others. Your skin really does improve,
youre more aware of what you eat and you get an energy
boost. Im certainly continuing with it. I prepare a veggiebag
every morning, I still drink lot of water and take the food
supplements Marjo recommends. It would be a shame to stop now,
Im doing so well.
