My
skins improved
If you eat healthy food and look after yourself, you start
feeling good - I really believe that. Im always thinking
up
things that would be good for my skin. So when Marjo told
me about this plan, I was enthusiastic. Before I started, I
had no idea I would look a lot younger and certainly didnt
expect it could slow down the ageing process. I want to
keep in shape, so not to look too old. The plan wasnt
half
as extreme as Id expected. Also, I lost 11 pounds (5 kilos)
in weight. While youre following the programme, you
dont take any alcohol or sugar, and that has its benefi
ts.
The fact that you eat lots of vegetables means youre not
really hungry. So I didnt fi nd it hard to stick to that
part
either. It was sometimes a bit more problematical with
the masks and massages. Ive got a busy job and when you
have to embark on those activities in the evening

Smoother
and softer
Im delighted with the effect this programme had on
my skin; its smoother and softer now. Not just my face,
but my arms and legs too. So it certainly came up to my
expectations. I still try to follow it, though a little less
strictly. I occasionally drink a glass of wine or a cup of
coffee. I still eat plenty of vegetables and I avoid a lot of
meat. That suits me very well. I always did facial exercises
anyway, so Im just continuing with them. I always do the
massages and sometimes the masks; after all, theyre good
for your complexion. Id definitely recommend the plan to
other people, so they too can experience how good it is to live
a healthy life. You just feel more energetic, particularly if
you do exercise as well. Ill keep the book carefully and
pick it up now and then. I now know why I started this plan and
have the results to prove it.
